MyWell is a groundwater-monitoring application developed for the MARVI project (Managing Aquifer Recharge and Sustaining Groundwater Use through Village-level Intervention). This policy explains what personal information the MyWell mobile app and website collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using MyWell, you agree to the practices described here.

MyWell does not use third-party advertising, and we do not collect data for advertising or sell your personal information.
Your monitoring data (stations, readings, photos) is visible to other members and administrators of the organisation/team you belong to, so groups can collaborate on shared monitoring sites. We share personal data with service providers only as needed to operate the app (e.g. our cloud hosting provider), and when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
We keep your account and monitoring data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see below).
MyWell is intended for use by adults involved in groundwater monitoring and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
